This was full with insights.
The process of boredom needs to be revealed. My boredom leads me to my addiction that never fulfills the longings of my heart. My addiction uses boredom as a key to open the door to the lie that it will “fill me up”.
The question, “Why do we see ‘empty space’ when the universe is ‘full’?” reveals the nature of boredom that denies God’s fulness now. That’s the tension in recovery to be open to God through honesty and beginning (eventually ongoing) faith. Thanks for the article…
