Yet, most of those years was trying to get good rather than to get well. Walking through denial thinking it was spirituality. Thank God about three years ago I began to have flashbacks and it stayed with me for about two weeks.Through prayer and support of other I saw I had hidden, and allowed myself and other to mistreat me. Shame, rage and terror was were the steps I had experienced.I saw with feelings this time and I felt remorseful and knew I needed the healing balm of my higher power and did get it slowly.
