Dale Ryan, Executive Director
Dr. Ryan is a cofounder of the NACR and has been actively involved in it's development since 1989. He is the coauthor, with his wife Juanita, of numerous Bible study guides published by InterVarsity Press (see the NACR library for out-of-print volumes). With Juanita, he has also written Rooted in God's Love, a book of meditations for people in recovery and an introduction to the Twelve Steps entitled The Twelve Seps: A Spiritual Kindergarten. He is an adjunct member of the faculty in the School of Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary where he teaches a course entitled "Recovery Ministry in the Local Church."

Genya Simonian, Office Manager
Genya is in charge of order processing, membership services and general office functions of all kinds. She has been working part-time for the NACR since 1996.

Barbara Milligan, Associate Editor of STEPS
Barbara is the author of Desperate Hope: Experiencing God in the Midst of Breast Cancer (InterVarsity Press, 1999). She is an experienced editor and writer. She has been serving part-time as Associate Editor of STEPS since 2001.
